Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CGFO preferred
Salary Range: $25-$35 (based on experience and qualifications)
Accounting Clerk IV will be responsible for advanced level accounting work for all agencies that are specified under the Comptroller’s role. This position will be responsible for expediting grant related accounts payable expenditure batches. This individual will play a key role in assisting the Accounting Manager in recording and reviewing financial activities for each entity, as well as assisting in both monthly and annual financial reporting. This individual must have an understanding of all accounting software modules including General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Fixed Assets, and Purchasing as well as knowing how these modules integrate with each other.
