Paying Traffic Citations
All traffic citations issued within Hardee County are handled by the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Office.
You can pay all traffic fines and court costs at the Hardee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, 417 West Main St, Suite 202, Wauchula, FL 33873

If you submit your payment through the mail, please do not send cash. Payment should be in the form of a money order, cashiers check or business check within the State of Florida, payable to:

Currently, our office will accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express payments. You may also pay your fine with a credit card or elect to attend a Driver Improvement Course (if eligible) within thirty (30) calendar days by accessing http://myfloridacounty.com or clicking on the button below. You may also pay using the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system by calling (855) 984-1187.
Please note:Â To pay by phone using the above IVR system, the citation must be current – not over 30 days from the original citation date. Also, the citation must not be for a violation related to a driver’s license, registration, insurance or tag. If you have problems with the IVR system, you may call 1-844-577-5649 to correct this issue.
Traffic Citation Forms
Pursuant to Florida Statute 318.14(4) you have thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive your citation to elect to pay the fine, request a court appearance or request to attend a driver improvement course. Pursuant to Florida Statute 318.14(4)(a)2 A person cited for a traffic violation is permitted to request a payment plan within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the citation. You will need to print the form by clicking on the button below. Carefully read the form before signing. After signing, mail the form and the appropriate amount of money to the address listed above.
