The Official Records of Hardee County are online from 1984 to the present. Per Florida Statute 28.24(5)(a), there is a fee of $1.00 per page for copies. Per Florida Statute 28.24(3) there is a fee of $2.00 for certifying copies of any instrument.
NOTICE: Effective June 1st, 2008, Florida Statute 201.022 has been repealed by Chapter 208-24, House Bill 7019. Form DR-219 is no longer required to be filed with the Clerk of Courts, when transferring interest in real property.
