Small Claims and County Civil Division Small Claims and County Civil Division handles the following: Small Claims are cases which involve monetary judgment from $1.00 - $5000.00 County Civil Cases which involve monetary judgment from $5,000.01 - $15,000.00 All matters of eviction Declaratory judgments Foreclosure of mortgages Negligence Breach of contract Replevins Garnishments Damages And other matters where a claimant may be made whole by receiving a monetary judgment.
