Circuit Civil The Circuit Civil Division handles the following: Cases which involve monetary judgment in excess of $15,000.00 All matters of dissolution of marriage Injunctions Delayed birth certificates Declaratory judgments Foreclosure of mortgages Negligence Professional malpractice and other matters where a claimant may be made whole by receiving a monetary judgment.
